Creating a landmark building for Stockport’s skyline and forming part of the town’s ongoing regeneration, this project delivers a 14-storey residential development. The articulation of the facades and fenestration follows the function of the plan - a regularised grid with the size and setting out of apertures being considerate to the semi-private nature of the development - adding a simplicity, which will complement the minimal material palette.
